What data I process and why
If you write to me through the contact form, I process the data you provide (your name, email address and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box and sending the form (Article 6.1.a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and, when your message is about a possible professional collaboration, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.b).
Retention
I keep your data while I deal with your message and, if no professional relationship results, I delete it within 6 months at most.
Recipients
I don’t share your data with third parties unless legally required. To run the website and receive messages from the form I use the hosting and email services of Namecheap, Inc., with servers located in the European Union, which acts as a data processor
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to data@profesordeingl.es. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe your rights haven’t been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website only uses one technical cookie to remember your preferred language. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
